Running with my daughters and husband is a special time we spend together and I take huge pride in their achievements as well as my own.
Sometimes it is a struggle to get out of the door but when I come back from a run, I always feel better for it.
Running has improved my confidence and motivation in all aspects of life and can be a great mood leveller.
I know I will never be an elite runner but I can be inspired by them... and I hope I will always run.
