I think the thing that sums up April for me, though, has to be the outdoor eating - family gathered on the deck, guitars and laughter providing the background music, cold beer in the fridge, veggie sausages on the barbecue. Doesn't get much better.

The Gallery - Week 57 - April
April has been a good month for me with Mother's Day, my daughter's 3rd birthday, my birthday and Easter to celebrate along with all the lovely school holiday to do the celebrating. Ivy has been home from Uni for the best part of the month and I unleashed the Alphabet Date idea on my poor, unsuspecting husband. We have had some wonderful family time and some equally wonderful weather. Everything is better with a little sunshine.
